HAHAHAHA, So yea. he has no insurance, and you do. this is kinda funney, its like this in CA if your unisured its your fault kind of like a dui if your drunk and stoped at a stop light and someone hits you. its your fault your drunk, same thing with uninsured motorist. I wouldnt get caught up in him sueing you. However you are entitled to sue him and make him cover your insurance deductible, as well as other damages. Good luck though most people that cant afford insurance will rarely be able to afford to pay out a lawsuit. Besides Kris just ask at work my aunt is an lawer in LA.
